We're a family-run wrecker service based on Freedom Rd in Smithfield. Not a franchise, not a call centre with a logo on it — the person who picks up the phone is the person who shows up.

Why small is the point

A roadside plan puts your call in a queue, then farms the job out to whichever truck bids lowest that night. Nobody in that chain knows the road you're sitting on, and nobody in it is accountable to you afterwards.

Call us and there's no chain. You describe where you are, you hear what it costs, and you get a straight answer about how long it will take — including the nights when the honest answer is that someone else can be there sooner.

Ten years on the same roads

Since 2014 we've pulled cars out of ditches off NC‑210, jumped batteries in the Smithfield shopping centres, and worked the I‑95 shoulder at hours when nothing else is open. Local knowledge is not a marketing line in this trade — knowing which side of the median an exit ramp feeds, or which dirt road washes out after rain, is the difference between finding you in ten minutes and finding you in forty.

The safety record

We run as a federally registered motor carrier under USDOT 2896302. Our record with the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration shows no reportable crashes and no out-of-service violations. That record is public — you can look it up before you trust us with your vehicle, and you should.
